1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okpeso ("okpeso", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the okpeso website located at okpeso.net and all related services, games, betting facilities, promotions, and digital content made available through the platform.

By accessing okpeso, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

okpeso reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Accounts suspected of being held by persons under 21 will be immediately suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & KYC

To access the full range of okpeso services, including deposits, withdrawals, and wagering, you must create a registered account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active okpeso account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information whenever it changes. okpeso shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by you during registration.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

okpeso is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. Before processing any withdrawal, and at okpeso's discretion at any time, you may be required to submit the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or PRC ID).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your registered GCash or Maya wallet showing your name and number).
• Any additional documentation requested by our compliance team for enhanced due diligence.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. okpeso reserves the right to refuse withdrawals or close accounts where identity cannot be satisfactorily verified.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okpeso login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify okpeso immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. okpeso shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okpeso currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine users: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All account balances are maintained and displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed at the time of transaction. okpeso reserves the right to revise minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with notice posted on the platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses. okpeso targets processing of standard withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for GCash and Maya during normal operating hours, though processing times may vary due to payment provider conditions, public holidays, or enhanced verification requirements. okpeso does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions on the okpeso platform are monitored for compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Winnings must be withdrawn using the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Suspicious transaction patterns may trigger additional verification requirements or account review. okpeso is required by law to report suspicious transactions to appropriate Philippine authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

okpeso offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer on the okpeso platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses are available to first-time depositing accounts only, with one bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

okpeso strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, colluding with other players in connection with bonuses, and using any software or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in connection with any promotion. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the okpeso platform — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Sic Bo, fishing games, bingo, and other titles — are governed by the specific rules of each game as presented within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

okpeso's casino games are supplied by licensed third-party game providers. Random Number Generator (RNG) based games are independently certified to ensure fair and random outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by professional dealers operating under strict procedural controls.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, the round in question may be voided and any wager placed during that round refunded to the player's account. okpeso's decision regarding technical disputes is final.

7 Sports Betting Rules

okpeso's sportsbook covers a wide range of sporting events including PBA, NBA, UFC, Premier League, international football, and MPL Philippines esports. All sports bets are subject to the sportsbook rules published within the betting interface, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted subject to okpeso's sole discretion. okpeso reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time before settlement, including where there is evidence of a system error, corrupted odds, or suspicious betting patterns. Bets placed on incorrect odds due to manifest error may be voided and refunded.

7.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant sporting authority or okpeso's designated results provider. In the event of a dispute regarding result interpretation, okpeso's sportsbook team's decision is final and binding. Settlement is typically completed within 24 hours of event conclusion.

7.3 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected events. Odds for live bets are dynamic and subject to change at any moment. okpeso is not responsible for any delay between live event footage viewed by the player and the actual state of play at the time a bet is submitted. Bets submitted during a suspended market period will be rejected.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okpeso platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the operation of the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

okpeso reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Direction from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Detection of underage gambling.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, okpeso reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the okpeso platform, including but not limited to the okpeso brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, game content, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of okpeso or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okpeso platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform without the prior written consent of okpeso.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okpeso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the okpeso platform.

okpeso's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your okpeso account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okpeso does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We recommend that all players maintain up-to-date antivirus software on their devices.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

okpeso collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at okpeso.net/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering and using the okpeso platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving our services.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with okpeso informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. okpeso will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 business days of receiving your written complaint.

15 Amendments to These Terms

okpeso reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the okpeso platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or for urgent security reasons.

Your continued use of the okpeso platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
